About Massa Imports
Background
The company commenced operations in 1992 under the ownership of Massimo and Sabrina Sedano. After some time as representatives for a number of Italian tile manufacturers, Massimo and Sabrina decided to import product themselves and started Massa Imports Pty Ltd.
Beginning in 1992 as a home business, we grew and moved to a small office and warehouse in Hardy St., Brunswick. Massa Imports has grown from it humble beginnings, to 32 staff in 2008.
In July 2005 the company relocated into a purpose built office and warehouse facility in Dohertys Rd., Laverton North, Victoria, Australia. The clear span warehouse floor space is 6000sqm, equipped with a container dock and semi-trailer vehicle access.
Massa Imports continues to look to the future for innovation in not only the products we sell but also in the level of excellence we offer our clientele.

Corporate Structure
Massa Imports is partly owned by R.A.K. Ceramics (Ras Al Khaimah) which is headquartered in the United Arab Emirates. R.A.K. has worldwide sales of over USD 400 million and exports to more than 135 countries.
Whilst partly Australian owned and operated by Massimo and Sabrina Sedano, our partnership with R.A.K. enables Massa Imports to have access to new products, exclusive designs and a substantial list of 6000 active product lines.
R.A.K. plants in the UAE produce around 200,000 square metres of tiles per day and over 7000 pieces of sanitary ware each day. R.A.K. is an ISO 9001 certified organization. Additional manufacturing plants in China, Sudan, Bangladesh, India and Iran take R.A.K. production of tiles to over 300,000 square metres per day making R.A.K. one of the largest multinational manufacturers of ceramic and porcelain tiles.
R.A.K.’s willingness to produce what each individual market needs at very competitive rates is one of the main reasons for our success and that of R.A.K.’s other partners worldwide.
Terms of Trade
Massa Imports is a true Wholesaler of Quality Ceramic & Porcelain Tiles, only selling to Retail & Commercial entities throughout selected areas of Australia. Credit arrangements and terms of trade can be arranged upon application to our Finance Department - Email info@massaimports.com.au
Orders are delivered free into store once daily, 5 days per week, within the Melbourne metropolitan area. Customers who choose to pick up their orders, should allow 90 - 120 minutes from the time of faxing (or initiating the order); this allows us to pick and securely pack your tiles for transportation.
Discontinued Shop – Open to Trade & Public
With the ever changing fashions of our industry, Massa Imports regularly clears out a number of discounted or obsolete tiles through our on site Discount Store, situated at 1-25 Dohertys Road, North Laverton – Open 9am to 4pm, Monday through Friday.
This facility is the only opportunity the public have to purchase tiles from our company, with all our current fashion & trends available through our retail stores.
